McKee's classic celebration of difference in big book format is a cause for celebration in itself: what more could one ask? Well, it depends what you expect the book to do. If you want a whole class to be able to read the print then you will be disappointed as it is far too small. However, there are plenty of other ways of sharing and enjoying this enlarged version story of what must surely be a favourite character of almost every young child I know.
