'You've read this?' I said to my daughter. 'Yes, but I'm not reading it again, not even for you. It's boring,' The death of the most avid of Trebizon fans. Well, it is the eighth in the series and she has been hooked since the beginning. There will be many more to take her place for Anne Digby has a loyal and constantly growing following for her stories. Copies in the bookshop will be bought. To Trebizon in this one comes Ingrid, an icy Swede. She is tall and beautiful, immaculately dressed with a coil of the fairest hair. She teaches Rebecca to skate but also sets out to steal her boyfriend and undermine secure friendships. Trebizon is a happier place when Ingrid departs! The old-style boarding school story mix as before --- girls of eleven to fourteen or somewhere in between.
